Analisis Peranan Literasi Teknologi dan Informasi Sebagai Variabel Moderating dalam Hubungan Extraversion dan Perencanaan Karier Generasi Z di Universitas Dharma Andalas

Abstract
Career planning is an effort to help someone to be able to choose a career that matches their potential in order to be successful in the field of work. This career planning is influenced by many factors, one of which is the individual's personality. Extraversion is a form of personality that is very close to the characteristics of Generation Z. In addition, a very prominent characteristic of Generation Z is the high level of technology and information literacy. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of Extraversion personality on Career Planning and to find out that Information and Technology Literacy moderates Extraversion on Career Planning. This research was conducted with a correlational quantitative research design with 243 respondents and was carried out on students of Dharma Andalas University. The SPSS application was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the Extraversion personality proved to influence Career Planning; and Information and Technology Literacy has been proven to act as a homologizer moderator

Perencanaan karier adalah upaya membantu seseorang untuk mampu memilih karier yang sesuai dengan potensi yang ia miliki agar dapat berhasil di bidang pekerjaan. Perencanaan karier ini dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor, salah satunya adalah kepribadian individu tersebut. Extraversion adalah salah satu bentuk kepribadian yang sangat dekat dengan ciri-ciri Generasi Z. Selain itu ciri Generasi Z yang sangat menonjol adalah tingginya tingkat literasi teknologi dan informasi. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian Extraversion terhadap Perencanaan Karier dan mengetahui bahwa Literasi Teknologi dan Informasi memoderasi Extraversion terhadap Perencanaan Karier. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan responden sebesar 243 orang dan diakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Dharma Andalas. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kepribadian Extraversion terbukti mempengaruhi Perencanaan Karier; dan Literasi Teknologi dan Informasi terbukti berperan sebagai variabel moderasi homologizer.
