Therefore, coal downstreaming is necessary. The coal product industry (KBLI 19100) in Indonesia </em><em>will have a growing significance in the times ahead.</em><em> However, currently, the concentration of the coal product industry is still high due to the limited number of companies in this sector. </em><em>T</em><em>his study aims to analyze the impact of industry concentration and input costs on efficiency in the coal product industry (KBLI 19100) in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2010-2021, using a regression model to test the influence of independent variables on industrial efficiency. The results of this study indicate that industry concentration and input costs have a significant negative effect on efficiency. This means that if industry concentration and input costs increase, efficiency will decrease.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Kesepakatan dunia pada rapat PBB COP-26 menghimbau untuk seluruh negara memberhentikan penggunaan batu bara mentah secara bertahap. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya hilirisasi batu bara. Industri produk dari batu bara (KBLI 19100) di Indonesia akan memiliki peran semakin penting kedepannya. Walaupun untuk saat ini, konsentrasi industri produk dari batu bara masih tinggi akibat sedikitnya jumlah perusahaan industri produk dari batu bara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi industri dan biaya input terhadap efisiensi di industri produk dari batu bara (KBLI 19100) di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2010-2021 dengan menggunakan model regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap efisiensi industri. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to the State Civil Apparatus in West Payakumbuh sub-district with a population of 86 people. The sample in this study was 86 employees in West Payakumbuh District. By using a quantitative approach and data analysis using the SEM PLS model. The results of this research show that (1) service innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District. (2) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District. The label as a halal tourist destination can certainly attract Muslim tourists to visit West Sumatra to welcome Visit Beautiful West Sumatra 2023. This study seeks to explain the influence of Halal Experience variables, tourist experience quality, on revisit intention and perceived value variables and tourist satisfaction as mediating variables. The sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the criteria for domestic tourists or archipelago tourists who have visited West Sumatra. This research is assisted by SEM-PLS statistical software which is used to evaluate the model and measurement structure, the research design is quantitative and descriptive. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods.&nbsp; The type of data used in this study is quantitative data which is financial statement data in the form of the Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, List of Fixed Assets and Depreciation of Fixed Assets at PT. XXX in 2022.&nbsp; The data sources in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is done in a structured manner by collecting data for 2022. Secondary data is obtained from documents, namely in the form of financial reports from the company, Company History, Company Profile and Company Vision and Mission. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis.Based on the results of the study concluded the following two things. First, the positive fiscal correction between the company and the researcher is lower than according to the law. This affects the calculation of the company's Corporate Income Tax so that the value of Corporate Income Tax underpayment changes by Rp. 46,475,317. XXX Tahun 2022 dan Untuk mengoreksi laba komersial menjadi laba fiskal PT. XXX menurut UU PPh No. 36 Tahun 2008 sehingga dapat ditentukan pajak penghasilan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif.&nbsp; Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang mana data laporan keuangan berupa Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, Daftar Aset Tetap dan Penyusutan Aset Tetap pada PT. Pertama pada koreksi fiskal positif&nbsp; antara perusahaan dengan peneliti lebih rendah dari menurut aturan undang undang. Hal ini berpengaruh pada perhitungan PPh Badan perusahaan sehingga nilai PPh Badan mengalami perubahan kurang bayar sebesar Rp. 46.475.317. Kedua, Koreksi fiskal terhadap pajak penghasilan yang dilakukan oleh PT. This is very suitable to be implemented in West Sumatra Province where the majority of the population is Muslim. This research aims to identify the appropriate development strategies that can be applied by adopting the concept of Shariah tourism and using digital marketing for several tourist attractions in West Sumatra. By using a SWOT analysis, the opportunities and challenges faced by the Sharia tourism sector can be identified. A major earthquake in 2009 and the risk of a tsunami emphasized the ongoing disaster threat. The study examines labor conditions related to quality of work life (QWL) and wages, focusing on how QWL is affected by disasters like earthquakes and the environment, particularly for coastal workers. Factors considered include social support, work nature, age, and workplace location (altitude and proximity to the beach). The research focused on 384 employees in Padang across various job categories, selected through Probability Sampling and Area Sampling based on BNPB evacuation maps. Quantitative methods 3SLS and STATA software were used for analysis, revealing that QWL in earthquake and tsunami-prone areas is influenced by location, worker age, and social support, while wages are affected by location and job characteristics. The study indicates that the work environment impacts safety perceptions, which in turn affect QWL. Workers prefer locations farther from the coast, at higher altitudes, and near tsunami shelters or safe zones to enhance their work life quality.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p><em>Penelitian ini dilakukan di Padang, kota yang rentan terhadap bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan tsunami. Terjadinya gempa besar pada tahun 2009 dan ancaman tsunami menyoroti risiko bencana yang tinggi dan berpotensi masih terjadi. Penelitian ini menyelidiki kondisi tenaga kerja mengenai kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL) dan Upah. Diyakini bahwa QWL dipengaruhi oleh gempa bumi dan lingkungan rawan bencana, terutama bagi pekerja di daerah pesisir, akibatnya mempengaruhi upah. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan sosial, karakteristik pekerjaan, usia, dan lokasi tempat kerja (ketinggian dan kedekatan dengan pantai) diperhitungkan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi karyawan di Padang menjadi fokus, dengan sampel 384 pekerja di berbagai kategori pekerjaan, dipilih menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dan Area Sampling berdasarkan peta evakuasi BNPB. Analisis melibatkan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan sistem persamaan simultan dengan perangkat lunak STATA dan pendekatan estimasi 3SLS. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa QWL di daerah yang berisiko gempa bumi dan tsunami dipengaruhi oleh lokasi geografis, usia pekerja, dan dukungan sosial, sedangkan upah dipengaruhi oleh lokasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan. Trains, with their large transportation capacity and dedicated lanes, are a preferred mode of transport. As part of its community service mission, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia aims to ensure that all citizens, including individuals and organizations, experience convenience, comfort, and security. To achieve this, a study was conducted to measure the impact of price perceptions and service quality on purchasing decisions, with customer trust as the mediating factor. The research involved 74 respondents using the KAI Access application, and the analysis was done using the Smart PLS3.0 tool. The results of the assessment showed that price perception and service quality both had a positive and significant impact on trust. Similarly, price perception and service quality independently had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The research sample of 281 people was determined using the Slovin formula with <em>proportional sampling</em> technique <em>.</em> The data collection method uses a questionnaire with the dependent variable of purchasing decisions (Y), and the independent variable <em>customer relationship</em> management consists of customer orientation variables (<sub>X1</sub>), knowledge management (<sub>X2</sub>), organization (<sub>X3</sub>), technology (<sub>X4</sub>) and <em>marketing</em> <em>mix</em> consists of product variables (<sub>X5</sub>), price (<sub>X6</sub>), place (<sub>X7</sub>), promotion (<sub>X8</sub>), people (<sub>X9</sub>), physical evidence (<sub>X10</sub>) and process (<sub>X11</sub>). Partial hypothesis testing shows that all <em>customer relationship management</em> variables have a significant positive effect on smartphone purchasing decisions except the variables of organization, people, physical evidence and process have a negative effect. then all <em>marketing mix</em> variables have a significant positive effect on smartphone purchasing decisions except the variables of place, people and process have a significant negative effect. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that all <em>customer relationship management</em> and <em>marketing mix</em> variables have a significant positive effect on <em>smartphone </em>purchasing decisions of students of the Faculty of Economics, Dharma Andalas University Padang.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>customer relationship management</em> dan <em>marketing mix</em> terhadap keputusan pembelian <em>smartphone </em>mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Dharma Andalas Padang.&nbsp; Sampel penelitian sebanyak 281 orang ditentukan memakai rumus Slovin dengan teknik sampling<em> alokasi</em> <em>proportional sampling. </em>Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan&nbsp; angket. Uji hipotesis parsial menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel&nbsp; <em>customer relationship management</em> &nbsp;berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone kecuali variabel organisasi, orang, bukti fisik dan proses berpengaruh negatif. Internal control of bad debts is an activity carried out by the company that aims to protect company assets, produce accurate information and ensure compliance with policies made by management so as to prevent bad debts. This study aims to determine the effect of the credit sales accounting system on the internal control of bad debts in cooperatives at SMA N 12 Padang. The type of research is quantitative, the population of this study is all employees and active members in the SMA N 12 Padang cooperative as many as 42 people using total sampling techniques. Research measuring instruments using Likert scale questionnaires and data analysis using simple linear regression tests. Data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that the regression coefficient value of the credit sales accounting system was 0.616 and the &gt;calculated value of the ttable was 6.909&gt;2.021, meaning Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The aim of this study was to explore the impacts of the most recent trends in hotel marketing in Padang City on capturing customer attention, enhancing hotel visibility, and influencing customer purchase intentions. The research population consisted of social media users who follow and have engaged with the social media activities of Hotel ZHM Premiere Padang, with a total of 120 sample. Multiple linear regression was employed for hypothesis testing, and the conclusions demonstrated that the use of social media for marketing (X1) have a noteworthy enhancement of purchase intention&nbsp; (Y).
