Abstract

Pada masa revolusi 4.0, teknologi berkembang pesat, dan kemajuannya signifikan. Hal ini dapat mendorong penggantian teknologi sebelumnya dengan pengembangan berbagai inovasi yang bermunculan. Industri transportasi online tumbuh dengan kecepatan yang sangat tinggi. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini menjadi alasan peneliti menganalisis perkembangan dan kemajuan industri transportasi online di era revolusi 4.0 saat ini karena transportasi online merupakan perusahaan pertama yang mengalami kemajuan sangat pesat dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Inovasi era revolusi 4.0 kini dibutuhkan di semua industri. Bahkan Inovasi yang mengganggu memainkan peran penting dalam industri transportasi online. Untuk terus berkembang, bersaing, dan bertahan dalam industri.
