Sosialisasi Dan Pelatihan Digital Marketing Berbasis E-Wom Untuk Peningkatan Penjualan Produk Kampung Akrilik

Dalam bidang ekonomi, khususnya dalam dunia usaha, teknologi telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam hal peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Akrilik adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mitra tentang pemasaran produk secara digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital marketing berbasis e-Wom untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Ada empat tahap dalam metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, yaitu: perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, observasi dan evaluasi dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil kusioner yang diisi oleh para responden, didapat bahwa 84% para anggota mitra tidak mengetahui tentang digital marketing dalam memasarkan produk dan 16% menyatakan sudah mengetahui tentang teknik ini. Hasil dari kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan materi yang telah disampaikan oleh pemateri, menyatakan bahwa 88% materi yang disampaikan sangat bermanfaat dan 12% menyatakan bermanfaat, sehingga dapat dikatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk peningkatan penjualan usaha produk di Kampung Akrilik.

The training method involves lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. The goal is to educate partners about various marketing strategies and the health impacts of sugarcane (sugarcane juice) consumption. Mrs. Nini's sugarcane production requires a sugarcane milling press and a sugarcane juice mixer.

The marketing strategy involves maintaining existing markets and quality, exploring new markets, and exploring alternative marketing channels using digital marketing. The impact of consuming cane sugar (sugarcane juice) on health is quite numerous, such as increasing the body's metabolism, meeting energy needs, maintaining digestive health and helping reduce constipation.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the world of education, including in religious institutions such as Tahfidz Houses, which play a role in educating the Quranic generation through reading, memorizing, understanding, and practicing the values ??of the Quran. However, learning activities in Tahfidz Houses still focus on reading and memorization skills, while aspects of understanding meaning, strengthening character, and utilizing technology are not yet optimal. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to develop a model of "Technology-Based Quranic Literacy: Integrating Language, Character, and Digitalization in Tahfidz Houses." This program emphasizes improving technology-based Quranic literacy skills, language skills in interpreting Quranic values, and developing Quranic character that aligns with digital ethics. The program's implementation method includes five stages: outreach, digital literacy training, implementation of simple technology-based learning media, mentoring integrative learning practices, and evaluating the program's sustainability. This program is expected to increase the effectiveness of learning at Tahfidz houses, strengthen students' reflective abilities regarding the content of the Quran, and foster a culture of Quranic literacy that is adaptive to technological developments.

The rapid development of information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had a major impact on various aspects of life, including the world of education and the daily lives of the younger generation. One of the most prominent technologies today is Artificial Intelligence (AI). Understanding of AI is still very limited, especially among teenagers who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, including children in orphanages. Children at the AL-Hidayah Padang Orphanage often face limited access to information and cutting-edge technology, including knowledge about AI. As part of the role of the tri dharma of higher education, lecturers have a responsibility to participate in educating the nation's life through community service activities. Through the PKM program entitled "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence Technology at the Al Hidayah Padang Orphanage", lecturers and students want to make a real contribution by introducing the basic concepts of AI to foster children and the orphanage's guidance. This socialization is expected to spark curiosity, enthusiasm for learning technology, and open their insights to future opportunities in the digital and artificial intelligence fields. This activity aims not only to provide a theoretical understanding of AI, but also to provide practical and interactive experiences through simple demonstrations, AI-based educational games, and inspiring discussions. This community service activity focuses on strengthening excellent service as a key strategy for enhancing tourism and the creative economy in the Kota Tua Padang area. The topic was selected based on the strategic role of service quality in shaping tourist satisfaction, destination image, and the sustainability of community-based tourism. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach through education, training, simulation, and mentoring of tourism actors and local communities. The results indicate positive changes in participants� attitudes and service behavior, particularly in hospitality, responsiveness, empathy, and awareness of cleanliness and safety within the destination area. In addition, the activity increased community awareness of the potential of creative economy sectors as drivers of local economic growth. These findings confirm that excellent service is not only a determinant of tourist satisfaction but also an important instrument for strengthening community-based tourism and creative economic development.

Hypertension is a leading cause of premature death worldwide, some risk factors for hypertension are age, gender and obesity status. To reduce the risk of hypertension, hypertension treatment is needed as an effort to control hypertension, one of which is non-pharmacological treatment, usually carried out by implementing the use of family medicinal plants. The purpose of implementing Community Service activities at the Pauh Health Center is to increase public awareness, especially the elderly, about hypertension and hypertension treatment with traditional medicine. Using the method of providing education and question and answer discussions related to the dangers and efforts to prevent hypertension, the participants of this activity were carried out on December 2, 2025, at the Pauh Health Center Working Area. A total of 40 people. During the Education Process, the participants listened carefully and provided good feedback, in the form of benefits and how to consume infusa, and whether it can be boiled together with drinking water at home, and all questions from participants were answered well. With the question and answer from the participants, participants can better understand hypertension and how to treat it with traditional medicine.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya penguatan pemahaman siswa SMA terhadap materi pancasila dalam kajian sejarah bangsa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran kebangsaan dan pemahaman konstitusional generasi muda agar mereka mampu menempatkan diri sebagai warga negara yang berkeadaban. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi bersama. Kegiatan dilakukan di SMKN 8 PADANG dengan peserta sebanyak 40siswa kelas XI. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap hubungan antara Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan struktur kelembagaan negara. Siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu mengaitkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan persoalan sosial di lingkungan mereka.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya penguatan pemahaman siswa SMA terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konteks ketatanegaraan Republik Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran kebangsaan dan pemahaman konstitusional generasi muda agar mereka mampu menempatkan diri sebagai warga negara yang berkeadaban. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi bersama. Kegiatan dilakukan di SMA PGRI 2 Padang dengan peserta sebanyak 22 siswa kelas XI. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa mengenai hubungan antara Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan struktur kelembagaan negara. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan kemampuan dalam menghubungkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan fenomena sosial di lingkungan mereka. Kegiatan berjalan efektif berkat dukungan sekolah, ketersediaan sarana, serta antusiasme peserta. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi kebangsaan siswa dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap karakter, sikap, serta pola pikir mereka.

This community service activity was conducted in several senior high schools in Padang with the aim of increasing students� awareness and understanding of ethical and responsible social media use to prevent cybercrimes such as hoaxes, hate speech, cyberbullying, defamation, and identity theft. The topic was selected due to the growing number of digital violations involving teenagers and the urgent need for digital literacy education. The method used consisted of interactive socialization sessions supported by pre-test and post-test evaluations, discussions, and educational materials related to digital ethics and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). The results showed a significant improvement in students� understanding and awareness after the activity. This indicates that educational and participatory approaches are effective in shaping wiser online behavior among students and can serve as a preventive effort against legal problems in the digital environment.

Aisyiyah Orphanage is a non-profit social institution that plays an important role in protecting and fulfilling children�s rights. The orphanage is located in Padang City. However, in managing its financial administration, the orphanage still relies on a manual recording system, which results in challenges related to efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of financial reports provided to donors. To address these issues, the Accounting PKM Team of Universitas Dharma Andalas implemented a community service program entitled �Preparation of Excel-Based Financial Statements for Aisyiyah Orphanage to Improve the Efficiency and Accuracy of Financial Reporting.�

This program aims to assist the orphanage management in digitally managing financial records using Microsoft Excel. The system is designed to record transactions and automatically generate easy-to-understand financial statements. The results of the program indicate that the implementation of the system has improved the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the orphanage�s financial reports. In addition, the program has enhanced the orphanage�s human resource capacity in digital financial literacy.

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a symptomless condition in which blood pressure in the arteries increases. A person is considered to have high blood pressure if while sitting their systolic pressure is ?140 mmHg or their diastolic pressure is ?90 mmHg, or both. The incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension shows high numbers worldwide. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with hyperglycemia symptoms caused by abnormalities in insulin action, insulin secretion, or both. Classic complaints of DM include polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, and unexplained weight loss. The diagnosis of DM can be made if there are classic DM complaints with a random plasma glucose test result ?200 mg/dL or a fasting plasma glucose test result ?126 mg/dL, or a 2-hour plasma glucose test result after OGTT ?200 mg/dL, or an HbA1c test result ?6.5% using a well-standardized method. The program �Money Talks: When Gen Z Manages Money and Their Own Business� was designed as an educational effort to improve financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills among vocational high school (SMK) students. Initial observations showed that although students had a strong interest in entrepreneurship, many still lacked a basic understanding of financial management, were not accustomed to recording income and expenses, and tended to display consumptive behavior. This activity aimed to equip students with the ability to manage personal finances and small businesses through an applicative and contextual learning approach. The methods used included socialization on simple financial record-keeping and mentoring in entrepreneurial practice. The results showed an improvement in students� understanding of the difference between needs and wants, budgeting, pocket money management, and the importance of saving. In addition, students began to realize that business opportunities can start from simple ideas that match their interests and skills.

The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to provide education to provide solutions to adolescent problems in the digital era for students. This activity was carried out at the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School, Al-Wustha Mosque, Padang City. The methods used in implementing this activity were lectures, question and answer methods, and quizzes. The material provided was education on how to overcome phenomena that often occur among students, especially teenagers, in the digital era, by understanding the positive and negative impacts and their effects on students. This community service activity aimed to improve the ability of children with intellectual disabilities to recognize and express emotions through group counseling based on self-expression at Panti Sosial Bina Grahita Harapan Padang. The activities were conducted using emotion cards, facial expression exercises, drawing activities, and simple role-playing. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments of participants’ emotional abilities. The results showed an increase in the ability to recognize emotions from 42% to 78% (+36%) and the ability to express emotions from 38% to 74% (+36%). In addition, participants demonstrated improved participation, communication confidence, and social interaction during the activities. These findings indicate that self-expression-based group counseling is effective in supporting the social-emotional development of children with intellectual disabilities.

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to optimize the cognitive function of children with intellectual disabilities through educational game-based group guidance and counseling (BK) services. The activity was implemented in the form of group guidance services using various educational games such as matching games, memory games, sorting games, and sequencing games. The activity was evaluated using pre-test and post-test methods for concentration, memory, and simple logic.

The results of the activity showed an improvement in the cognitive function of children with intellectual disabilities. Concentration increased from 52% to 81%, memory increased from 48% to 78%, and simple logic increased from 45% to 74%. Concentration, memory, and basic logic improved during the activity. This activity demonstrates that educational game-based group guidance can improve the cognitive function of children with intellectual disabilities and is expected to become an innovative, applicable, and sustainable model for BK services for children with intellectual disabilities.

Although the content creator profession has become increasingly popular due to its accessibility, many students still lack an understanding of the basic principles required to produce high-quality and effective content. Through this workshop, participants will learn about idea development, storytelling, and content creation techniques. The program also emphasizes the importance of storytelling skills as the ability to craft narratives that are engaging, relevant, and meaningful to audiences. Amid the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), the ability to tell stories in a creative and authentic manner is becoming increasingly valuable, as it cannot be fully replaced by technology. Therefore, this program is expected to enhance participants’ creativity, critical thinking skills, and readiness to face the challenges of the future digital world.
