conceptual. The results of this study found that there is a legal vacuum in the Child Protection Act, where there are no strict rules regarding children as victims of sexual abuse. Article 1365 of the Civil Code which states that a person who violates the law and causes losses is obliged to compensate for the losses incurred because of it. Issues related to child protection are regulated in the Child Protection Law and its amendments. Article 1 point 2 of the Child Protection Law jo.
