Agenda Setting Dalam Isu - Isu Kontemporer Di Seluruh Dunia
Abstract
Di era keterbukaan informasi saat ini, manusia semakin diberi kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi melalui berbagai platform dan gawai yang dimilikinya. Manusia akan selalu mudah untuk mendapatkan update melalui berbagai macam cara. Pemberitaan yang sedang marak akhir - akhir ini diantaranya adalah pemberian vaksinasi covid bagi sebagian warga negara Indonesia, kasus korupsi bantuan sosial maupun kasus korupsi benih lobster serta pemberitaan mengenai video panas artis Ibukota. Seluruh pemberitaan ini tentunya tidak akan lepas dari peran media yang memiliki andil dan kekuatan untuk membentuk dan mempengaruhi penangkapan dan pola pemikiran dari khalayak umum yang menjadi tujuan utamanya atau disebut dengan teori agenda setting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas berbagai kasus dari berbagai jurnal yang memiliki kaitan erat dengan teori tersebut, serta pembahasan mengenai berbagai ragam fenomena yang tidak terangkum di dalam masing - masing jurnal tersebut.
